Earsa is the Practice Area Leader for Strasburger’s Franchise & Distribution group. She structures franchises and assists franchisors with on-going transactional needs. Earsa also handles litigation involving franchise and distribution, trademark infringement, trade secrets infringement, contract disputes and other business and commercial claims.

Earsa writes and speaks frequently on franchise issues and is a former Director of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Divisionfor the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising. She is a Certified Franchise Executive. Earsa has been named among the Most Powerful and Influential Women in Texas as well as Best Lawyers in America by Best Lawyers. She was chosen as a Legal Eagle by Franchise Times and designated as a Texas Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters. Earsa chairs the board of the Diversity Institute created by International Franchise Association’s Educational Foundation. She is also a member of the boards of directors of Promise House, Dallas Christian Women’s Job Corp. and the Dallas Children’s Theatre.
