Sarah Martucci Green

Corporate Counsel at Academy Sports + Outdoors

Sarah Martucci Green is Corporate Counsel for Academy Sports + Outdoors where she leads the Commercial Contracts team. Her responsibilities at Academy include drafting and negotiating commercial transactions and advising business clients on merchandising, marketing, logistics and information technology issues.

Prior to joining Academy, Ms. Green spent fourteen years with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. Upon first joining Walmart she served as Senior Counsel for Litigation where she had responsibility for HIPAA compliance and managed discovery for pharmacy and employment matters. Ms. Green later served as Associate General Counsel for Sam’s Club where she advised the Merchandising Division on issues relating to supplier relations, antitrust law, pricing and regulatory compliance.

Ms. Green was a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert T. Dawson, United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas.

Ms. Green graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law where she was Associate Editor of the Arkansas Law Review. She holds bachelors degrees in art history and architectural studies from the University of Arkansas.
