Michelle A. Peak is Director & Senior Attorney for American Airlines, Inc., the world’s largest airline. She has spent the past 18 years managing a wide range of complex labor issues related to the Railway Labor Act, Canada Labour Code, and International Labor Laws. Michelle has documented success resolving multifaceted arbitrations, mediations, litigations and union grievances. She is a pragmatic, energetic business leader skillful at cultivating authentic relationships and innovative strategies to implement practical solutions to promote business objectives. Michelle has demonstrated a passion for diversity & inclusion initiatives for the past 15 years. She is a highly sought after speaker and diversity consultant, particularly in the legal profession regarding diversity & inclusion “best practices” within law firms and in-house legal departments.

Michelle is also an active community leader and mentor.
